SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

Orders are usually dispatched within one week but can take up to two during busy periods. The best way to keep up with timelines and what I'm up to is to follow my Instagram @saltwater_design or sign up to the mailing list at the bottom of the page. You can message me if you need your order to be rushed and I will always try to help if I can!

Please be aware that countries outside the EU (including the UK) may be subject to customs charges which the customer is responsible for paying.

Orders are processed and sent from Lyon, France and shipping rates are as follows:

France	€4	1-2 business days
EU/IE/UK	€7	5-10 business days
US	€12	5-15 business days
Rest of world	€12	10-20 business days

 These times are guidelines only and may be extended during holiday seasons.

I do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or incomplete. However if you have any issues please don't hesitate to contact me and I will try to help however I can!
